Wyoming Congressional Award 21^st Invitational Golf Tournament

August 5 – 7, 2013

 

The Wyoming Congressional Award Council is proud to announce the 21^st Annual Wyoming Congressional Award Invitational! The golf tournament will be held in Jackson Hole from August 5 - 7, 2013. 

 

The Wyoming Congressional Award Invitational combines business with pleasure while supporting the ideals of the Congressional Award program. The tournament is instrumental in promoting the values of service and personal challenge and to recognize Bronze, Silver and Gold Congressional Award medalists and their initiative, achievement and service in their communities.

 

Because of the high demand for the tournament, space will be designated based on first come, first serve by payment. No spaces will be held without payment.  For your convenience, you may now register and pay online.  Please review the sponsorship levels carefully prior to payment.

 

Non-golfers receive the same benefits as golfers with alternative activities during the day. This year’s non-golfer activities may include white water rafting, scenic tours  and mountain biking. Other guests are welcome to share in these unique experiences for an additional charge.

The registration deadline is June 1, but  is based upon availability. Late registrations will be considered on a case-by-case basis permitting space is available.  Gift bags are not guaranteed.

Sponsorship Levels are as follows: 

Gold Corporate Sponsor - $20,000:  Includes reservations for 8 golfers or non-golfers and 6 guests for the welcome dinner and the barbecue on the mountain.

 

Silver Corporate Sponsor - $15,000:  Includes reservations for 6 golfers or non-golfers and 4 guests for evening social activities.

 

Bronze Corporate Sponsor - $10,000: Includes reservations for 4 golfers or non-golfers and 2 guests for the welcome dinner and the barbecue on the mountain.

 

Gold Booster - $5,000:   Includes reservations for 2 golfers or non-golfers and 2 guests for the welcome dinner and the barbecue on the mountain.

 

Silver Booster - $2,500:  Includes reservations for 1 golfer or non-golfer and 1 guest for the welcome dinner and the barbecue on the mountain.

 

Bronze Booster (Wyoming Residents ONLY) - $1,500:  Includes reservations for 1 golfer or non-golfer and 1 additional guest ticket for the welcome dinner and the barbecue on the mountain.  A Bronze Booster sponsorship is for Wyoming residents only and does not provide business recognition.

 

Friend of the Congressional Award - $500:  Includes 1 ticket for the welcome dinner and the barbecue on the mountain.
